Reflection:

Form the result of above conduct test it can be reflect that I have major qualities to be a successful entrepreneur but along-with it I also have some weak points. To be an entrepreneur I have to overcome my weakness and it can be done by attaining training and development classes according to weakness. Through entrepreneur quiz I able to know that I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, emotional stability skills, time management skills, self confident and so on. These all skills help me to be an entrepreneur in hospital and social care sector. But there are some skills I have to improve that are ability to work in pressure, I am not flexible I need time to understand and adopt things, and I am also not able to deal with criticism. And to work in respective sector I have to improves these skills.

Reflection:

From the above result of entrepreneur test it can conclude or reflect that I have some strength and weakness. The strength and weakness which I have are necessary for being a successful entrepreneur in hospital and social care sector. Strength which I have are I am passionate about my dream, I have decision making skills and emotional intelligence, I am self  motivated. Along-with this I am creative because I use my imagination before taking any decision and also I can handle complex problems and issues.  I  also have  industriousness skills. I have some weakness which are sometime I can't control thinks and situation in effective manner also I have low achievement strives.

Reflection:

Form the above given result of entrepreneurial potential self-assessment it can be conclude or reflect that I have various strength which are required to be a successful entrepreneur in hospital and social care sector. I also have some weakness which required to overcome if I want be a successful entrepreneur. Some of  my major strength are I am self motivated, I have strong aptitude knowledge, I have self confident and so on. But I have some weakness on which I have work on they are I am not creative and innovative, I easily perceive  about any things without knowing it, I also have time management problems and many more.

Reflection:

From the above test result of Entrepreneurial self assessment servery it can be reflect that there are various skills and capability are required for be an entrepreneur in hospital and social care sector. I have various skills which is required to be successful such as I am self motivated, confident, hard working, ability to take risk and so on. But I have some weakness which is necessary to overcome that are I am not able to work under pressure and I am not good problem solver.

Conclusion

From above discuses point it can be conclude that a person can evaluate their strength and weakness by conducting various self assessment test. After knowing their weakness they must work on it and try to improve it so that they able to become a successful entrepreneur. If a person want to be successful in hospitality and social care they required various strength and skills such as self motivated, confident, communicating skills and so on
